What is DaiL and what do you do?
DaiL — Düsseldorf AI Lab — is an AI-native software studio and KI-Engineering Lab. We build custom AI agents, enterprise automation, and production software for the German-speaking Mittelstand, and we productize what is worth productizing. Working software in weeks, not months, on sovereign, DSGVO-compliant European infrastructure.
How is DaiL different from a large IT consultancy?
No discovery theatre, no staff augmentation, no layers of project managers. We are AI-native from the ground up, with senior engineers on your project directly, fixed-price packages, and full data sovereignty — everything hosted inside the EU.
What is the RAE Framework?
Rapid-AI-Engineering — our six-step method: Discover, Define, Design, Build, Validate, Deploy. The Build step is a two-to-four-week sprint in our Co-Lab, with time-to-value under eight weeks and a clean know-how transfer at the end.
How long does a project take?
Prototypes in days. Agents and automations in one to two weeks. Platforms and MVPs in four to six weeks. Complex enterprise systems in eight to twelve. You see working software early and often.
Is my data safe and DSGVO-compliant?
Yes. Data sovereignty is a design constraint, not a disclaimer. We use EU-hosted model variants and European infrastructure, sign the necessary data-processing agreements, and keep IP-sensitive concepts inside protected, EU-only environments.
Which industries do you work with?
