Textile Operations Automation

Overview

This is a production, planning, and back-office automation effort for textile manufacturers based in North Rhine-Westphalia. Much of the work these firms do still runs on spreadsheets that struggle to keep pace with the production floor. The project replaces those spreadsheets with systems that stay current with production, providing order and capacity visibility in one place. Around that, it automates the paperwork-heavy operations that surround production. The aim is to give textile firms a working view of what is happening and to take the manual document handling off their teams.
